Employees working in the House of Commons were subjected to harassment ranging from “very serious” sexual assault to sexist comments and lawmakers sharing explicit details of their own sex lives, reported an independent inquiry led by lawyer Gemma White. Many of the advances involved attempts at kissing, breasts being grabbed, buttocks slapped and thighs being stroked.
