The cast of don’t worry darling – Well, most of the cast – turned up for a screening Monday night and discussed the much-hyped film with a Q&A before it hits theaters on September 23.
director and star Olivia Wildeas well as actors Harry Styles, Gemma Chan, Nick Kroll, Sydney Chandler, Kate Berlant, Asif Ali, Douglas Smith and Dita Von Teese performed at 13 AMC Lincoln Square in New York City in an event that was televised to theaters across the country. Although actor Florence Pugh and Chris Kiefer were not expected, many locations were sold out.
Pugh, who allegedly feuded with Wilde, has previously skipped press events. Wilde has stated that Pugh is busy working on the upcoming one dune continued, but Pugh has publicly criticized how the film will be marketed, fueling rumors of a feud.

While the film received a five-minute standing ovation in Venice, even that event was accompanied by drama after footage of Styles appearing to spit at Pine went viral. Both styles and pine denied that spirting had happened.
Corresponding Rolling Stone, two production sources said the issues between the women began around the same time Wilde and Styles were dating in 2020. Two other sources told the magazine that the rumors were unfounded. “I think she and Flo hate each other? Absolutely not. Was it fun and enjoyable on set?
