Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt, daughter of actress Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, will attend Spelman College in the fall.

"Zahara with her sisters from Spelman!" Jolie made an Instagram post.

"We appreciate each and every new student this year.

It is both a privilege and a really special place to have a family member join Spelman."

The Atlanta University Center, a grouping of four historically Black institutions that also includes Clark Atlanta University,

Morehouse College, and Morehouse School of Medicine, includes Spelman, one of only two historically Black universities for women in the US.

Former Georgia Representative Stacey Abrams, Pulitzer Prize laureate Alice Walker, and actress Keshia Knight Pulliam from "The Cosby Show" are also graduates of Spelman.

Pitt and Jolie adopted Jolie-Pitt, an AIDS-orphaned kid from Ethiopia, in 2005.

Pitt and Jolie, who are now divorced, also had five additional kids together.
